How we're providing a safe environment for our employees and customers during this virus outbreak.

Our Customers and Employees are the most important part of our business and we are committed to doing our part in promoting their health and safety. Throughout this epidemic we’ve been following guidance from the CDC, WHO, and local health departments while doing all we can to ensure your storage unit is available to you without interruption. To protect the health and safety of our employees we have implemented the following changes:

  1. We are open but our leasing offices are closed to the public. Our onsite managers remain available during business hours to help via phone. We’re still here to help in any way we can! Access to your storage unit is not impacted by this change.
  2. Renting a new storage unit can easily be done over the phone and you can move-in immediately.
  3. If you have an existing reservation our onsite team is reaching out so that you can complete your move-in over the phone.
  4. Payments: We strongly encourage payments to be made online at our website or over the phone. You can place checks in the drop box or mail slot located in the door if available. Please put the check in an envelope with your name and unit number written on the outside. We will email you a receipt once we post the payment to your account.

Access to your storage unit will not be impacted by these changes. However; we respectfully ask if you feel unwell to not visit your unit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
