  • HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?

    Rental rates vary depending on the type and size of the unit rented. Our price is often the lowest in the area. Call us and compare; we will be your choice.

  • WHAT SIZE AND TYPE UNIT DO I NEED?

    The Size Estimator will help you determine what size unit is needed. The on-site manager can also help. If your stored goods are sensitive to heat or dryness, a climate controlled unit may be the answer.

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MOVE-IN?

    The first month’s rent, a one-time $5.00 Administration Fee, and a small refundable Security Deposit that is returned when the unit is vacated and broom cleaned.

  • WHAT ARE THE GATE HOURS?

    Gate access hours are from 6am to 10pm daily. Access hours are limited to provide an extra level of security.

  • DO I PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?

    Yes, by providing your own lock only you have access to the unit. We recommend a high quality disk lock. Disk locks can be purchased at any discount store or at the self-storage facility.

  • DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LEASE?

    The signed Rental Agreement is on a month-to-month basis. It automatically renews each month on the rent due date. Tenants may elect to extend an Agreement by pre-paying rent.

  • WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY STORAGE UNIT?

    You are issued a unique gate access code at move-in and place your own lock on the unit. Only individuals with your gate access code and key will have access to the storage unit.

  • ARE MY GOODS INSURED?

    Goods stored in a self-storage unit are not insured. We highly recommend that tenants obtain insurance from an insurance provider. The on-site manager will provide an insurance brochure describing insurance cost and coverage. The Best Little Warehouse In Texas is not associated with any insurance company.
