As a Self-Storage Manager, you are the face of our organization dealing directly with our customers on a daily basis. Your primary focus will be meeting the needs of new customers with new rentals, taking payments from existing customers, and working daily to reduce customer delinquency. When not dealing directly with customers, you will work to maintain the property by performing light maintenance and cleaning, ensuring that your property is a desirable location for our customers.


As a Maintenance Technician, you will work daily to ensure that our properties physically meet the needs of our customers. You will assist in completing a wide range of improvement projects as required and perform preventative maintenance or emergency maintenance tasks at all properties in the Rio Grande Valley. Candidates with some knowledge or experience with welding, electrical or plumbing work, and construction are a plus.
